Since 2006, we have been focusing on guaranteed proactive administration of computer networks for businesses from 2 to 500 computers. Our clients are successful companies who want to use their time effectively for their core business activities and they consider IT as an important means that should be handled by a company specializing their core business in IT. What distinguishes us from others is that our clients do not pay for time spent on solving issues, but for an effectively functioning system. Our whole team of IT Specialists is ready to not only troubleshoot, but to prevent issues in the first place and thus increase effectiveness of the processes in your company by means of IT solutions.

OUR VISION

In AlfaPro, we have always been trying to do our job better than the competition. We aim to become a leader on the market and to search for the solutions for our clients instead of reasons why it cannot be done. I, as the Managing Director, do realize that, in fact, the service is provided by the employees and it will have value only in extent of quality of the leadership of these people. This is the reason why I pay lot of attention to provide them with a high quality base and systems that can help clients to receive high quality services, which they can be proud of. Nowadays, clients do not only expect a company to troubleshoot their IT problems. They are searching for a partner who will cover their IT comprehensively as their own. This is the reason why we provide IT with regards to security, which will help our clients to reach their goals. I believe that in near future our company – also thanks to the references – will spread its activities from Slovakia to other neighbor countries of the European Union while being able to maintain the same or reach higher quality of services and keeping our partnership-based approach towards our clients.
